Ice Cream Truck

There's an ice cream truck that routinely goes around my neighborhood, blaring its little song. "Hello. Doo di di doo do do do du du, du di du du di di di diiiiiiiii..." I have seen it park in places and have been relatively close to it. However, I've never seen ice cream truck guy sell any ice creams. Maybe they are a delivery service? OR MAYBE, ice cream truck guy invites children to come inside to eat ice creams that eventually turns the children into ice cream - if you haven't read Ito Junji's work, I recommend it.
